We recently sold our home and chose Brook Gardner as our realtor. He was highly recommended to us by several of our neighbors. It took us a long time from first considering selling to actually doing it. Brook met with us when we first started thinking about selling and gave us some great advice with what we needed to do to before we listed the home. Months later my husband got a job out of state and went head to start work, while I prepared to move and list the house. Of course, the day after my husband left town, we had a leak in our kitchen, resulting in a fairly significant remodel and new flooring for the entire house. Brook helped me choose finishes that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. He also helped keep me sane as I navigated temporary housing, contractors, and all the things. When we finally got the remodel finished and it came time to list the house, Brook jumped on it. He went WAY, WAY above and beyond what I would have expected his duties to be to get the house ready to go on the market. He handled every little detail from changing the lightbulb over the stove to making sure the carpet was freshly vacuumed before each showing. He held our home open several times, provided consistent communication about showings, and guided us through every step of the process. Our home sold in less than half the average time on market for homes in our area, in kind of a tricky market. We are so grateful for all the work Brook put into selling our home. I felt supported and informed through the entire process. Brook is SO knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, hard worker, caring human, and fantastic at vacuuming. We can't recommend him highly enough!
