He handled every little detail from changing the lightbulb over the stove to making sure the carpet was freshly vacuumed before each showing. He held our home open several times, provided consistent communication about showings, and guided us through every step of the process. Our home sold in less than half the average time on market for homes in our area, in kind of a tricky market. We are so grateful for all the work Brook put into selling our home.
